Medicare, Medicaid, and some insurance providers require a physician-signed electronic medical record that supports the use of supplies prior to the patient receiving supplies. In these instances, Catheter Partners will always send samples to the patient, if required, but will need the appropriate supporting documentation prior to dispensing a full shipment.
